Sophie’s skills and enthusiastic, cheerful personality would be a gift for any growing business - with 10+ years’ experience within family office administration, office and facilities management, complex travel bookings, event organisation, HR & payroll, CSR delivery and charitable foundation administration, there’s not much she can’t handle.

“I must have developed my skills by having so many plates spinning all the time! I also have an annoyingly good memory for random things, again probably from having to be so agile in my diverse role.”

Sophie brings her capabilities and sharp eye for detail to all aspects of The Summit’s growing business, handling operations and administrative tasks to ensure that the company can operate to its full potential at all times. “I like to think I’ve been part of The Summit from day one, when my husband Ben decided to start the company. It’s been amazing to see the business grow from just him, working from home in our lounge during the pandemic, to now expanding the company’s client base and our ever-growing team members. It’s great to really be a part of it and see The Summit help more and more businesses reach their fullest potential as the tech world develops.”

When Sophie isn’t spinning plates at The Summit, you’ll find her spending time outdoors - on or in the sea all year round, exploring the north coast cliff paths or wandering through our beautiful country lanes.
