Many years of experience deep in the technology sector mean that Richard is an expert in harnessing the power of business analytics to inform strategic decision making and enhance visibility and measurement across a variety of business metrics, always ensuring that value is delivered and measured from business activity and third party relationships.
As a business owner for over a decade, Richard has been involved with a number of M&A transactions as both buyer and seller, as well as overseeing the post-acquisition integrations across the structural, operation and digital elements of those deals.
