A keen sportsman, Owen embraces life as an islander to the full, and spends much of his out-of-work time in the water, either competitive Hobie Cat sailing, kite surfing, surfing, diving or boating. When he’s back on land, you’ll find him weightlifting, cycling, running or at Crossfit.
